Vicky Perks (The Diva), with the support of her husband Darren, and Team Diva (Jennifer, Rachel and Laura) run this amazing little Health Shop, sharing their knowledge and helping you along on your life journey.
Natural Beauty Care is something we specialise in. The Diva knows it’s not easy being beautiful, my public expects the best of me! However I have a few beauty secrets that I am willing to share, because it’s you, and I know you won’t divulge my secrets!
The Diva only recommends products good enough to eat using only the finest ingredients, gently fragranced with essential oils. Well, you never know who might be nibbling at your skin... dinner with George Clooney, breakfast with Leonardo DiCaprio!
The Diva prefers her bunnies in fields or made of chocolate, certainly not wearing her make up. The Diva only uses cruelty free beauty products, and demands high standards from the cosmetic companies she recommends... Organic Paraben free skin care made with love by companies such as Burt’s Bees, Faith in Nature, Antipodes, Lavera, Green People, and Weleda.
Eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, along with Viridian’s Ultimate Beauty complex ensures I get my daily vitamins and minerals. Eicosanoil added to my breakfast provides omega 3, 6, and 9, essential fats to moisturise my skin from the inside out.
Finally, I always remember to cleanse the day away. I am currently loving Antipodes Hallelujah Lime and Patchouli Cleanser. It’s simply heavenly!
Why The Health Diva?
Well Diva by name Diva by nature! Your Diva is the naughty pixie who wants to dance on tables and zing with energy. It’s finding your inner confidence to become who you want to be. In everyone (men and women) there is a Diva waiting to be unleashed!

Tell us a little more about yourself.
I am a fully qualified nutritionist and have a Masters Degree from Exeter University in Complementary Health Studies. Also, The Health Diva store was voted in the top six independent health food shops in the UK in 2009 by The National Association of Health Stores.
Anything new and exciting happening for the Diva?
The official launch of our website healthdiva.co.uk is on Saturday November 28th from 10am until 4pm. To mark the launch, we are having a celebratory Health Show at The Heronston Hotel, Ewenny Rd, Bridgend.
Who will be there?
We’re very excited to be featuring guest speakers, Stuart Fitzsimmonds, Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist Vicky Perks, Lisa David, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology, Maria Phillips from The Foot Clinic and many others.
What else will be on offer?
You can come along and sample the many goods on the many stands such as, Burts Bees, Weleda, Crystal Therapy, Solgar Vitamins, Viridian Nutrition, Swiss Herbal Remedies and lots of food goodies to sample. Come and unwind with a cup of Pukka Relax Herbal Tea, whilst we massage your cares away. It’s going to be a great event and one well worth visiting!
