How did I get this far?
I loved learning about people, and chains of events. History didn't really feel like work! Advertising is an extension of this - it's all about understanding motivations and making the creative leap between an idea and making it come to life in a way that people can relate to.

What drives me? 
A desire to make the most of the amazing opportunities that I have been given by both my family and those around me. I try to never take anything for granted. You never know when chance will come your way again.

For just one day I'd like to walk in the shoes of... 
A ballerina, say Darcy Bussell. I love the idea of physical precision and agility combined with artistic expression. I love the idea of perfect balance.

My last supper would be
Something with spinach in.good for the mind - which I assume is linked to the soul?!

Album that changed my life
Eva Cassidy. She had the most exquisite voice. I stopped in my tracks the first time I heard it.

Books that influenced me the most
Wuthering Heights. The passion! A 16 year old from Cowbridge had never read anything like it!

Early bird or night owl?
Night owl.unfortunately? I get more active as the day goes on.Good for working in a creative industry though where late nights are part of the course.

Most significant travel moment
Going to Belize on my Gap year and living in the rainforest with a Maya family for 4 months. It was beautiful. We lived in on the edge of the forest, near a lagoon.

Places I love
Ogmore beach. It's so wild and there is a sense that the wind could carry you away to another world. I love the varied nature of the terrain. We spent a lot of time on the sand dunes as kids.

My mentors
Aziz Cami, Creative Director of Kantar (WPP). Gave me my first break in the industry and constantly inspires me.

When I'm not working I love.
to sing! I LOVE to sing. All of my family are musical.

Five things to do before I pop my clogs
Get married, have children, live somewhere beautiful.There are (of course) lots of other things that I want to do, but recent years have taught me to keep my feet firmly on the ground! I take each day as it comes now.

Life-changing moment
Getting a music scholarship to Rugby. I learnt that my world was bigger than I thought.

The cynic in me says
We all secretly believe what Wallis Simpson said!

My bugbears are
Rude people and office politics. Just get the work out of the door.

I have 14 1 st cousins. Most of whom live in (or near) Cowbridge!
