About Me
We are a four-piece rock band from Bridgend. We were originally a five-man band under the name 'Your Local hero', but due to issues with the other member Ashley, Thomas & I decided to call it a day under that name. The three of us then decided to have a fresh start for the New Year, we started writing new material, decided upon a new name and found ourselves a bassist from University. The new project is running far more smoothly, we have written 6 songs and I looking to record four of them in June and hopefully start gigging in the summer.

Business activities, products and services
This bursary has enabled us to get the following products:

• 150 t-shirts (2 different designs)

• 50 vests (1 different design)

• Web designing, logo, advertising

• Equipment - guitar effects pedals, a sampling pad, hard-case for the drums, microphones, guitar tuners, pedal boards.

All three of us are in Newport University Studying- Creative Sound & Music

What drives me? 
The core of the two bands has always been the twins & I, we have always stuck together and the other members have come and gone. Which is why we've decided that the less people in the band the less problems your faced with, the main drive for the four of us now with the new bassist is that we would all love to achieve our dreams of producing music, and touring it around the U.K at first and then hopefully expanding through Europe & so on.

For just one day I'd like to walk in the shoes of... 
Our main idols Young Guns, this band our main inspiration in what we do, they have achieved massive success in such a short period of time, they have constantly toured the U.K and have played many of the big festivals across the country such as Leeds & Reading.

Early bird or night owl?
For me (Matt) I would say I'm neither really, I get up relatively early and I go to bed late, however Thomas & Ashley are definitely the night owls, getting up in the mornings is something their not friends with, they get up when then want and more often than not go to bed at ridiculous o'clock

When I'm not working we love.
Band practice, recording, travelling, walking in the countryside & stopping off at a pub, playing games consoles, watching movies, writing music.

My bugbears are
We all hate spiders, so if we were to ever play in Australia we may have to face up to their giant creepy crawlies.

I'm best described as
Thomas is the clumsy one out of the three of us, he's constantly in his own world, if he was any more laid back he'd probably fall asleep.

Ashley is the winger, serious and the laziest one, He's more than happy to get everyone else to run around after him.

Me I'm the serious one when needed to be, I can't take getting up early and going to bed late whereas the twins seem to be able to cope with it, I usually moan at the other to because there are too laid back sometimes.
