The Media Angel promotes Zurich flights



When Helvetic Airways was launching the new Zurich flight from Cardiff, an exciting new direct destination flying four times a week from £99 one way, they needed to get the message out.

Cardiff Airport, working with advertising agency The Media Angel, created a plan to advertise this exciting new destination. Owner of The Media Angel, Alison Debono, said, "Using our great relationships with media owners, we ensure we make clients' marketing budgets go that much further, whilst saving the client precious time. As a specialist media agency, we negotiate and buy advertising all day, day in day out, across local and national media including radio, TV, outdoor, etc. We do this on behalf of a range of clients across all sectors."

For Helvetic Airways, the brief was to look at a campaign across south Wales to target business and leisure passengers, letting them know about this fantastic route. This resulted in a multimedia campaign of outdoor, including bus, rail and 48 sheets, plus radio, online, press and business publications. The Media Angel offers clients an unparalleled media buying service across all media. Cassie Houghton, Marketing and PR manager at Cardiff Airport added: "This is a well rounded campaign using a range of channels to promote a new and exciting route from Cardiff. The advertising coordinated through The Media Angel has complimented the other activity which has been under taken by both the airport and the airline."
