Third Hensol Castle Park

On Saturday, July 24th the third show apartment at Hensol Castle Park will be launched after buyers have fallen head over heels for the previous three apartments earmarked as display properties.

It's been a case of love at first sight for viewers of the luxury apartments, whose on-the-spot purchases have included everything, including the kitchen sink! The exclusive development of 59 apartments promises a unique lifestyle and superior fixtures, fittings and bespoke design features within the homes include NEFF kitchen appliances, full wifi and oak internal doors and flooring. Located in a 150-acre historical parkland setting, the luxury apartment scheme welcomed its first residents in November and has been developed and released by owners of the neighbouring world-class Vale Resort, The Leekes Group. Residents of the spacious apartments which range from 1100 sq ft to 2000 sq ft in size are able to wake up to the peace and quiet of the Welsh countryside surrounded by woods, a lake and the stunning 17th century Hensol Castle.

The apartment scheme is part of the multi-million pound redevelopment of the castle and its grounds into one of the most prestigious boutique hotel, spa and residential schemes in Wales.



Costing an estimated £35m, the development is the conversion of ten mansion buildings within the grounds of the Grade I listed castle into two and three-bedroom design-led apartments. The apartment portfolio is priced from £290,000 to £430,000.
