Tell us about your business
I am a personal and business life coach based in Barry in South Wales. I have been coaching individuals and executive clients for almost ten years, having previously worked for and been employed as a national coach for large corporations within the utilities, financial and banking sectors.
In addition to working one to one with clients, whether as a personal life coach or as a business coach in a professional business coaching capacity, I have organised and managed various introductory training workshops for businesses, as well as coordinating and executing numerous presentations and seminars to corporate clients and their teams of employees.
I am trained in all levels of personal and business life coaching and I also have sound knowledge of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). My own life and work experiences have provided me with a wealth of knowledge, which I am able to use when working with clients whether in a personal or professional capacity.
This year I decided to take the plunge and set up my own coaching and training company, called Coaching Four Success. Which has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! I also have a website and a blog which has blown me away by the responses I have received from just over 4,000 readers since March 2010. The responses have been so positive, that I am now thinking about writing a book and producing DVD's and CD's as well.
What type of clients do you have?
I have clients across the board, from personal, sole traders, SME's, and executives to students, new business start up's, and relationships both business and personal.

Why would these companies need your services?
For various reasons, ranging from mentoring, coaching and sales training. But the main thread that they all have between them is that they all want to be successful in their own respected businesses. So, the skill sets and business awareness levels are different for each and every company, some require mentoring to enable them to gain professional experience, some require coaching to re focus their direction and to set new goals or objectives, and some require training and coaching to enable them to progress further.

What would you like to change?
I also give time to support the Prince's Trust and a business mentor. And I love the enthusiasm that young people have to give and also how much talent they have to offer people is just amazing. And the majority for whatever reason fell off the education path and became the forgotten ones, until they came to the Prince's Trust for help. Attitudes towards the younger generation have to change, we cannot afford to neglect them, they are a valuable resource that is not being used! We need to invest time and money into providing a viable future for them to look forward to! Just because some fail to achieve in school and fall off the path, they end up on a forgotten scrap heap
