I am currently organizing fundraising events in support of the Penarth Mini & Junior Under 9 and Under 10 Rugby Tour to North Wales on 26 th and 27 th April. These local boys will be proudly representing our town in a tournament hosted by Rhyl RFC involving clubs from North Wales and the North West of England. In an effort to provide the boys with an unforgettable rugby tour experience, volunteers from Penarth RFC (i.e. mums and dads!) are working tirelessly to gain support from the wider community, which is where you come in.

On 11th April, we are hosting a fundraising Quiz / Buffett / Raffle night at the rugby club and looking for raffle prize donations from the local business community in support of the event. If you are able to support this local community project, the Penarth Times have volunteered to publish 'thank you' list to all businesses who contribute - a nice bit of publicity for your business as a thank you from Penarth RFC!

If you are able to donate a prize for the raffle draw at the time of reading this flyer, our volunteer representative (Mrs Emma Smith) will be grateful to receive it from you.
