been established?
We've been in the Morgan Arcade, one of the oldest and most beautifully preserved arcades in the Cardiff city centre, since 1994.

What brands do you stock?
Hawkes Essentials stocks both bespoke tailoring and casual wear in sizes from 38 short to 50 long from brands such as R M Williams, Sand, Camel Active, Roy Robson, Eton Shirts, Gibson, Van Kollem, Remus, Jeffery West, Bernhardt (made to measure), Without Prejudice, Grenson and Milena.
What about accessories?
Our range of shoes are mainly from British sources, including quality brands such as Jeffery West, R M Williams and Grenson, all of which are handmade in this country.
Which is your most popular brand?
Gibson is among one of the best sellers in the store. As a fashion house their last few collections have adopted a modernised style whilst still keeping the classic feel. The brand is renowned for its traditional fine tailoring yet its attention to detail is delivered in an understated manner.
