Hensol Castle Park
launches phase two
The Vale Resort, near Cardiff has
now released phase two of its
exclusive new residential
development based at Hensol Castle
Park and Wales' most exclusive address is proving a real hit with buyers.
The new luxury apartment scheme
which neighbours the current four-star
world-class hotel, golf, spa and leisure
facility, the Vale Resort, is part of is part
of the multi-million pound
redevelopment of the grade one listed
17th century Hensol Castle and its
grounds into one of the most
prestigious boutique hotel, spa and
residential schemes in Wales.
With more than £5million worth of apartment sales since opening in September last year, the stunning apartment scheme has already sold a total of 18 of its properties on site.
The £35m development sees the stunning transformation of a number of spacious and attractive buildings within the grounds of Hensol Castle into 58 large two and three-bed design-led apartments.
The historic Hensol Castle, a grade 1
listed building, will be converted into a
50-bed exclusive five-star hotel with an
adjoining residential spa and plans for a
Michelin star restaurant.

parkland within the Castle grounds are
all being extensively redeveloped and
refurbished to create the spacious and
exclusive apartment collection.
All apartments boast bespoke design
and layouts and are priced from
£250,000 to £400,000 with views over the golf courses and beautiful lakes.
