Individual Membership
You qualify for Individual Membership if you belong to specific employment groups – please call for more details of qualifying categories.
You need to provide relevant ID, such as your payslip, ID card or professional qualification, plus a current utility bill (electricity, gas, water) from your home address. The annual Individual Membership fee is £29.37 (inc. VAT) which includes a free spouse card.

JOIN THE CLUB
Costco is coming to Cardiff. The cash and carry membership warehouse club sells a wide variety of brand name merchandise at low warehouse prices which will be music to the ears of local businesses in the Vale of Glamorgan.
The first membership cash and carry warehouse club, Price Club,was founded in San Diego, California in 1976. Seven years later, a group of limited partners started Costco Wholesale in Seattle, Washington.
Both companies operated very successfully for over a decade, and then in 1993 they merged to form PriceCostco. In November of that year, the company opened its first warehouse club in the UK. Following the success of the merger, the company changed the name to Costco Wholesale in 1997.

Their members include business owners and managers purchasing for resale and commercial uses as well as certain qualifying individuals who are members of specified employee groups.

By eliminating many of the operating costs inherent in traditional forms of cash and carry distribution, and being more efficient, we are able to pass on these significant cost savings to all of our members in the form of lower prices.”
