Ripples of South Wales is a family run showroom operated by Dave and Amanda Brazell. We chat to Dave and Amanda and discuss their philosophy on providing customers with great service and great bathrooms.
In your opinion, why do customers choose Ripples?
We provide customers with a relaxing environment in which to select and purchase bathrooms. Our design service is tailor-made and fully comprehensive, providing clients with everything from the initial design concept through to the final accessories. We keep up with the latest design trends and use young, innovative designers to help customers choose and plan the right bathroom for their home.
Who are your customers?
Anyone wanting a bathroom which is beautifully designed using quality materials, installed to the highest of standards. We have provided beautiful bathrooms for well known local celebrities but treat everyone with the same care and attention to detail. We also work with architects and business clients who undertake to supply bathrooms for hotels, and various business ventures.
How long does the process take?
The service starts with a visit to the showroom where we discuss the customers’ requirements over a cup of coffee, then follows a visit to the customers home, followed by a presentation of the suggested design and layout. All merchandise needed for a bathroom is supplied, even the accessories that provide the final touch. Ripples offers customers a complete service from design through to installation.
At the visit, we discuss the project in depth, ensuring we have complete understanding of the client’s requirements and lifestyle. We always listen to customers’ ideas to gain awareness of personal taste and take all the measurements required. When practically possible, we always prefer all decision makers to be available during the visit to ensure that all considerations and ideas are covered in detail on the day.
What about budget?
The majority of people are not fully aware of the many and varied costs associated with the installation of a new bathroom. A detailed discussion, including exactly what is required from the new bathroom, will enable us to advise on costs, ensuring that we always work to a client’s budget.
Where does most of your business come from?
Much of our business comes from word of mouth. Having been awarded with a lot of accolades and with many satisfied customers across the country, Ripples know we have much to live up to. Amanda and David ensure that the Ripples experience is both enjoyable and stress-free.
